St Albans School Gin is distilled with fresh rose petals and the delicate spiced aromas of cardamon and cinnamon, evoking the Hot Cross Bun, invented in St Albans in 1361.
This gin was lovingly hand-made in small batches at the Spirit of Hertfordshire craft distillery in the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside.
