St Edmunds College and Prep School Summer Dry Gin

This Summer Dry Gin has been created for St. Edmund’s, with botanicals foraged from the school’s Old Hall Seminary Garden which resonate with the story of the school’s rich history.
The beautifully scented Iris Germanica, the French ‘fleur-de-lys’, grow here and in abundance around Douai, where the school
was founded to avoid religious persecution in England.
Horseradish, orris root, elderflower and other fruits and flowers make a truly satisfying dry gin which captures the essence of the Edmundian Spirit.
The Friends of St. Edmund’s receive a contribution for every bottle.
