St John’s Catholic Primary School Gin

Created for our friends at St John’s Catholic Primary School. This gin uses hand-foraged Douglas fir foliage which gives a zesty-pine aroma of blood-orange, crystallised ginger and peppermint. Wood aven root, a wild forest flower which grows among the Douglas firs, adds a complex savoury-spice – like clove and nutmeg with a hint of the deep forest. St John’s PTA receive a contribution for every bottle sold.
